Por noveno año consecutivo la Asociación Latinoamericana de Suscriptores Marítimos – ALSUM, realizará su congreso regional que reúne aseguradores (re), brokers, gerenciadores de riesgo, ajustadores, abogados maritimistas y asegurados de carga y cascos de América Latina, alrededor de actividades académicas, de networking y sociales.
Este año el congreso se desarrollará en un formato híbrido; la parte presencial en Punta Cana del 25 al 27 de octubre será un evento boutique en el Resort Paradisus All Inclusive, con cócteles y almuerzos en espacios abiertos cerca al mar y conferencias en grandes salones equipados con filtros HEPA, lo que garantizará el estricto cumplimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad, el distanciamiento y la ventilación. Adicionalmente, se realizará por primera vez un torneo de golf como parte de las actividades sociales.

La agenda académica se nutrirá de tópicos técnicos de suscripción de Carga y Cascos, Impacto del endurecimiento del mercado y retos 2022; balance y prospectiva del efecto Covid-19; tendencias en siniestralidad, CyberRisk e Insurtech; hoja de ruta de Sostenibilidad (ESG); eficiencia operativa apalancada en tecnología; transformación de las aseguradoras en empresas prestadoras de servicios y talleres de alta gerencia del ramo de marine, entre otros frentes académicos. Durante las conferencias se ofrecerá traducción simultánea inglés-español-inglés.

For the ninth consecutive year Latin American Association of Marine Underwriters – ALSUM, will hold its regional congress that brings together insurers (re), brokers, risk managers, adjusters, maritime lawyers and cargo and hull insurers from Latin America, about academic, networking and social activities.
